MARK GREENWOOD
Managing Partner/ Registered Psychologist

Mark has extensive experience in delivering Psychological Assessment services to private, public and not-for-profit sector organisations across a range of industries at all levels from Executive Search to Rehabilitation. Mark's experience also includes the development and delivery of customised assessment strategies using a variety of assessment tools.

Previously, Mark worked in environments including Sales and Marketing in the construction sector, Consultant Psychologist with a rehabilitation service and Manager of Human Resources Consulting with one of Australia's largest human resources consulting businesses.

Mark is a Registered Psychologist with the Psychologists Board of Western Australia. He holds Graduate Diploma of Business Marketing and Bachelor of Psychology qualifications and is a Chartered Member of the Australian Human Resources Institute.

STEVE BOWLER
Managing Partner / Coach

Steve specialises in Leadership and Team Coaching and Facilitation and provides support to major corporations, public sector agencies, not-for-profit organisations and tertiary institutions. He provides coaching services to Global/International Leaders, Senior Executives, Professionals, Managers, and their teams.

Prior to establishing ITS People Solutions, he worked as a Senior Consultant with an Australasian Human Resource Consultancy and in Senior Management roles with the Federal Government.

Steve holds a Graduate Diploma in Management (Australian Graduate School of Management), Diploma in Public Administration, Diploma of Cartography, and is a Level 3 Sports Coach.

JODIE HOLWILL
Assessment Manager/Registered Psychologist

Jodie manages the Perth Assessment Team and specialises in Assessment and Development Centre design and facilitation. She has worked with some of Australia's leading resource sector organisations to assist them with their Recruitment and Selection methodologies and the development of high performing individuals.

Prior to joining ITS People Solutions, Jodie worked for 20 years in the human resources field as a Human Resources Manager in private and public sector organisations in the health, banking, education and resources industries. She was also an Owner/Operator of her own Consultancy specialising in Psychological Assessment and Counselling.

Jodie is a Registered Psychologist with the Psychologists Board of Western Australia, a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute and the Australian Institute of Management, and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology, Graduate Diploma in Organisational Psychology, and Diploma in Counselling.

SHARON NAZAR
Office Manager

Sharon has been with the company since its inception in 1999. She deals with the general day to day running of the office and is involved in all aspects of the business, including accounting, diary management, reception and all office administration duties.

Prior to joining ITS People Solutions, Sharon held similar positions in Recruitment and Career Transition/Outplacement businesses in London.

Sharon holds a Certificate in Office Administration and Secretarial Skills, and is a qualified Applied Personnel Consultant.

TONY SHANAHAN
Senior Consultant / Coach

Tony specialises in Leadership Coaching, and Team Coaching and Facilitation. His professional coaching experience has included providing individual coaching to a wide variety of Team Leaders and Managers, as well as Team Facilitation.

Prior to joining ITS People Solutions, Tony held a number of Senior Management roles in UK and Australia in both manufacturing and service industries, and has a rare combination of Human Resources and Operations Management experience. He first became involved in coaching as a leader applying mentoring and coaching approaches to develop his people and teams and in improving business performance.

Tony holds a BA Degree in Business Studies, Graduate of the Institute of Personnel Management (UK), and currently studying a Certificate in Coaching.

Dr DANICA HOOPER
State Manager Queensland / Registered Psychologist

Danica is the State Manager for ITS People Solutions in Queensland.  She specialises in psychometric assessments for employee selection and development, as well as in a broad range of organisational development initiatives.

Danica’s consulting experience includes a wide spectrum of public and private sector organisations, where she has provided services in relation to employee selection, retention, and development.    Through her consulting, Danica strives to provide her clients with tangible, best practice initiatives aimed at the assessment and development of great teams.

Prior to joining ITS People Solutions, Danica lead a national team of consulting Psychologists with an International Recruitment Agency.
